Behind every quotation email there is a screening process you never see. When we say "give us one week", this is exactly what we do in that week.
1. Capacity verification
Declared capacity and actual free capacity are different things. We query line count, current order load and maintenance schedules to confirm whether your deadline realistically fits.
2. Quality consistency
Anyone can send one beautiful sample. We compare grammage tolerance, colour deviation and tensile values across lots produced on different dates. Consistency is worth more than one-off quality.
3. Delivery discipline track record
Through freight partners and industry references we check the manufacturer's delay ratio on recent shipments.
4. Financial stability
The financial health of a manufacturer you pay in advance is your risk. Trade registry and protest records are part of our routine check.
5. The communication test
- Do they answer a technical question clearly within 24 hours?
- Is there a decision-maker who picks up the phone when a problem arises?
- Are they flexible on revision requests?
When screening is done, we do not present the three cheapest offers — we present the options where price, quality and risk have been weighed together.
