Our foam types
- EVA Foam: Flexible, light and durable; shoe soles, sports equipment and packaging.
- Polyethylene (PE) Foam: Closed-cell structure for protective packaging, thermal insulation and construction.
- EPDM Foam: High resistance to weather, water and UV; the standard for gaskets and sealing.
- Crosslink Foam: Cross-linked structure with higher strength and a uniform cell pattern; automotive and technical applications.
- Second Foam: An economical alternative for cost-driven packaging and filling applications.
Critical technical values
- Density (kg/m³): The main price driver; two foams of equal thickness can be entirely different products.
- Hardness (Shore): Sets the comfort and durability balance.
- Compression set: Determines product life in gaskets and insulation.
- Closed-cell ratio: Always ask when the application must not absorb water.
