Nonwoven fabric is a technical textile produced by bonding fibres thermally, mechanically or chemically — without weaving or knitting. It is the core material of hundreds of products from hygiene to agriculture, medical to automotive.
Our product types
- Spunbond: Continuous filaments, high strength, wide grammage range. Produced in-house at our Tekirdağ facility.
- Spunlace: Hydroentangled fabric with the most textile-like touch. The standard for wet wipes and cosmetics.
- Meltblown: Micro-fibre structure, essential in filtration and absorbency.
- Airlaid: Highly absorbent cellulose-based structure for hygiene and tabletop products.
- Spunmelt / SMS / SMMS / SSMMS: Multi-layer barrier fabrics. SMS is produced at our own facility.
Applications
Hygiene products (diapers, pads), wet wipes, medical gowns and drapes, crop covers, furniture and bedding liners, packaging, filtration, construction felts and bag making.
